the wild self recommends– the wild self winter elixir

this hot, tasty beverage is designed to minimize cold & flu features…

first, bring a cup of water to a boil

second, cut up a few ounces of fresh, organic ginger… let ginger boil for a few minutes…

then:

third, squeeze 1/3 of an organic lemon into the elixir

fourth, add a big scoop of y.s. eco bee farms royal jelly & pollen… very yummy stuff…

fifth, add a pinch of cayenne pepper

sixth, add a pinch of himalayan sea salt

now stir… and pour into your favorite mug… if under the weather, drink a couple cups a day… seems like god’s medicine when the immune system needs a lift… like life, feel free to play with the recipe..
